Returns/Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a product after ordering, you will have to inform Graham’s Electrical within 72 hours of ordering. If you wish to cancel after 72 hours there may be a charge involved.

If you wish to return your product (if the product is NOT faulty) this may incur a collection charge. If the product is faulty within 30 days, please contact Grahams Electrical for more information.
