Delivery & Installation

 

At Grahams Electrical we offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY, if its outside our area we may charge a small fee to cover petrol. You will be able to order appliances through us over the phone, through email and in the shop. If the address has any special requirements (e.g. flights of stairs) this will need to be told to our staff members at the time of purchase.

We provide our delivery and installation service 5 1/2 days a week and will try and suit your time and needs. For freestanding appliances we charge £40 to install and test your appliance. If you would like to purchase built in appliances, please contact us for installation costs.

Our time slots between Monday and Friday are between 9am-1pm and 1pm- 5pm. This allows us to ensure we have allowed enough time for us to fit multiple jobs in this time. Our Saturday slots are between 9am-12pm.

If there are any concerns to access to the mains to such as gas, water or electric, please discuss with staff before your allocted time slot. Please may any obstructions (eg furniture) be removed /moved if needed. We will always do our best to help and accommodate if we can.

GAS

If you purchase a gas appliance from us, we are NOT gas safe registered engineers and can not fit the appliances. We do working along side a local gas safe engineer who works for himself and can be paid separately. We still offer FREE local delivery and the disposal service.
